Who are the illegal immigrants in the United States?

Migration behaviors or activities that seek to change geographical identity by moving settlements through irregular channels are called illegal because they are not recognized or allowed by the receiving countries.

Specifically, illegal immigrants refer to foreigners and stateless people living in the host country under two circumstances. One is illegal immigration. The other refers to those who have obtained legal entry procedures, but have stayed in the host country for more than the legal time limit and become illegal overstayers. The so-called illegal entry means that individuals spontaneously cross the border or enter other countries through intermediaries (commonly known as snakeheads). This behavior is called "smuggling".
