Russian immigrants to western Europe

Russia is not welcomed by the West for historical reasons as well as religious and ideological reasons.

First, most of Russia's territory is in Asia, but it is a European country. Russia was defeated by Mongolia in history, which cut off Russia's ties with other European countries. This is the first reason.

Second, in western countries, whites and whites are also different. They think Russia is not really white. In their minds, they think that Russia and western countries are different races, which naturally alienates western countries from Russia.

Third, most people in Russia believe in Orthodox Christianity, while western countries believe in Protestantism and Catholicism. Although these are basically Christianity, the opposition of different factions and religious beliefs makes Russia's relations with other western countries not harmonious.

Fourth, Russia was once a major country of the Soviet Union. Throughout the Cold War, the Eastern bloc headed by the Soviet Union was in a state of confrontation with the capitalist camp headed by the United States. Even in the 1980s, the Soviet Union surpassed the United States in military strength, and its nuclear weapons were very powerful. Western countries are constantly under great pressure from the Soviet Union.

After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, Russia inherited most of the scientific, technological and military achievements of the Soviet Union. Although it is not as powerful as the Soviet Union, it is still strong and poses a threat to western countries. Even though Russia has carried out capitalist reform and entered the capitalist camp, western countries are just unwilling to accept Russia.

Fifth, Russia's military strength is too strong, and its nuclear warhead once surpassed that of the United States. A military power and a nuclear power pose a substantial threat to America's global strategy. The leader of western countries is the United States, which is unwilling to accept Russia, so other western countries certainly dare not get too close to Russia.

Sixth, Russia's style is very tough. No matter during the Soviet period or after the disintegration of the Soviet Union, Russia's diplomatic style was very tough and it often threatened western countries with nuclear weapons, so western countries have always been afraid of Russia.
