"inject new blood" in English

I disagree with ntzk08’s statement above. Injecting new blood has exactly the same meaning in English as in Chinese, and it is full of human touch and vitality. The title you suggested is too long and unprovocative. So I prefer:

The Injection of New Blood

To bigcatx: Why NEW instead of FRESH? This question is actually a good one. Fresh blood is "fresh" relative to "old", but it is not necessarily different. And "New" means different, so bring variety.

The following is the title of a New York Times article about immigration:
