Announcement on the Open Recruitment of Staff by the Exhibition Management Committee of Changsha Area of China Pilot Free Trade Zone in 2023?

According to the Regulations on Personnel Management of Public Institutions (Order No.652 of the State Council), the Provisions on Handling Disciplinary Violations in Public Recruitment of Public Institutions (Order No.35 of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) and the Measures for Public Recruitment of Public Institutions in Hunan Province (Ren Xiang Shefa [2065 438+09] 1No.), combined with the work needs of our unit, we decided to openly recruit 5 staff members for the society through research.

The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.

First, the recruitment principle

Three. Qualifications for recruitment positions

(1) Having China nationality;

(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);

(3) Having good conduct and professional ethics;

(4) Having the professional or technical conditions required for the post;

(5) Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;

(6) Other conditions required for the post.

Persons under any of the following circumstances may not apply for employment:

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes;

2. Persons who have been expelled from China * * * Production Party or have been expelled from public office;

3. Persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or government discipline or who are undergoing disciplinary review;

4. Persons suspected of violating the law and committing crimes who are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

5. Persons who are recorded in the integrity files of open recruitment candidates of public institutions due to violation of the Provisions on Handling Disciplinary Violations of Public Institutions, and whose recording period is not full;

6. Persons who are included in the joint disciplinary object of dishonesty according to law;

7. Students who have not obtained a diploma or degree certificate before the deadline for registration of this recruitment examination are not allowed to participate in the registration.

Graduate students who are not enrolled in colleges and universities in 2023 cannot apply for undergraduate courses, and so on in other cases;

8. Candidates are not allowed to apply, which constitutes a recruitment position in avoidance relationship;

9, laws and policies shall not be employed as the staff of other circumstances.

Four. Recruitment position, recruitment plan and specific conditions

There are 5 recruitment positions and 5 recruitment plans. For details, please refer to the annex: Table of Open Recruitment Staff of Changsha District Convention and Exhibition Management Committee of China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone in 2023.

Note: 1, under 30 years old means199265438+1born after October 30th, under 35 years old means198765438+1born after October 30th, and so on.

2. The work experience required by the post should be full-time work experience, and the working years should be calculated according to the expiration period.

Work experience and service years are calculated as of June 30, 2023.

Internship, part-time job and participation in social practice during studying in full-time colleges and universities (including studying abroad) cannot be counted as work experience time.

3. The qualification of the applicant must be recognized by the state.

For the national academic qualifications in doubt, the results recognized by the education administrative department at or above the provincial level shall prevail; If there is any doubt about party school education, the results determined by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee in coordination with relevant business departments shall prevail.

If there is any doubt about the qualifications of technical schools, the results identified by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security shall prevail.

The recruiting unit shall confirm according to the opinions of relevant functional departments.

Academic degrees obtained by studying abroad must be certified by the Ministry of Education before registration.

A degree obtained by studying abroad can be regarded as a full-time degree of the same level in the domestic plan after being certified by the Ministry of Education.

4. The applicant's major should be filled in strictly according to the graduation certificate.

The major required for the post is subject to the 2023 Hunan Provincial Civil Servant Career Guidance Catalogue.

When the candidate's major is not listed in the professional catalogue, the recruiting unit will identify it according to the relevant materials.

When the professional requirements are expressed as specific majors, it means that only this major meets the job requirements, not a certain major.

When candidates apply for undergraduate courses, their majors should meet the requirements of job conditions, and so on in other cases.

5. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. In any link, if it is found that the applicant does not meet the conditions for entering the examination, deliberately concealing the real situation or practicing fraud, once verified, the examination or employment qualification will be cancelled.

(1) Release information

The recruitment brochure and the publicity of the personnel to be hired were issued by official website () of Changsha Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

(2) Registration

1. This exam is conducted by online registration.

Each applicant can only apply for one position.

2. Registration website: Hunan Recruitment Network ().

Candidates log on to the registration website to fill in relevant personal information, and upload a recent one-inch bareheaded electronic photo, their valid ID card, academic certificate and other relevant materials required for applying for the post as required.

3. Online registration time: 2023 1 October 31(Tuesday) 9: 00, February 7 (Tuesday) 16:30.

Time for preliminary examination of online qualification: Wednesday, February 1 2023, 9: 00-Wednesday, February 8 12:00.

Printing time of online admission ticket: 9: 00 on Friday, February 10, 2023-9: 30 on Sunday, February 12.

4. Candidates are requested to print my "Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Staff by the Exhibition Management Committee of Changsha Area of China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone in 2023" on the registration website, and keep it properly, and submit it to the recruiting unit for review during the qualification examination.

5. When registering, the applicants should carefully read the letter of commitment of integrity, must meet the requirements of the reported position, truthfully fill in their relevant information, and ensure that the information is true, accurate and comprehensive.

6. Examination opening ratio: The ratio of the number of effective applicants for each position to the number of recruitment plans must reach 3: 1 (including 3: 1) before starting the examination. If this ratio is not reached, the number of recruitment plans for this position will be cancelled or reduced, and the application will not be changed.

(3) Prevention and control of epidemic situation

(4) written examination

1. The written test time is tentatively scheduled for the morning of February 12, 2023, subject to the time and place on the admission ticket.

You must bring the written test admission ticket and your valid ID card at the same time when you take the exam (you can't replace it with an electronic identity).

Candidates who lack documents are not allowed to take the exam.

2. The written test subjects are divided into two subjects: basic knowledge and professional knowledge (or application), with a full score of 100 for each subject. Candidates' basic knowledge of written test scores accounts for 40%, and professional knowledge (or application) accounts for 60% (rounded to two decimal places).

4. From Friday, February 17, 2023, candidates can check the written test results on the registration website. If you have any objection to the written test results, you can submit a written application (with a copy of your valid resident ID card and a written test admission ticket) to the Party and Government Comprehensive Bureau of the Convention and Exhibition Management Committee of Changsha District, China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone on February 20th (9: 00- 12: 00).

This exam does not specify exam review books, nor does it hold or entrust any institution to hold counseling training courses.

(5) Qualification examination

1. Candidates who enter the qualification examination shall be determined according to the ratio of the number of recruitment plans 1:3 according to the written test scores from high to low among those who apply for the same position.

Those with the same written test scores will be shortlisted with the highest professional knowledge (or application).

2. The list of people who enter the qualification examination will be published on Hunan Recruitment Network () on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, and the specific time and place of qualification examination will be notified separately.

3. At the time of qualification examination, provide the original and photocopy of my "Application Form for Open Recruiting Personnel of the Exhibition Management Committee of Changsha Area of China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone in 2023", my valid resident ID card, academic certificate and other relevant materials required for applying for the post.

4. Those who fail to participate in the qualification examination on time or fail to pass the qualification examination will be disqualified, and those who apply for the same position will be replenished according to the written test scores from high to low. Those with the same written test scores will be shortlisted with the highest professional knowledge (or post professional knowledge or application).

The same position can only be filled twice at most.

(6) Evaluation

1, qualified personnel enter the examination.

2. The assessment methods of finance major, system innovation major, foreign trade investment major and personnel major are structured interviews, and the results of structured interviews are the assessment results; The comprehensive assessment methods of secretarial major are structured interview and on-site inspection, and the assessment results are synthesized according to the results of structured interview and on-site inspection, each accounting for 50% (two decimal places are reserved after rounding).

3. The full score of the assessment is 100, and the score of passing the assessment is 70. Candidates below the qualified score line will not enter the medical examination procedure.

(7) Comprehensive total score

Candidates majoring in finance, institutional innovation, foreign trade and investment promotion, and personnel talents, their total scores are calculated by combining written test scores and assessment scores, each accounting for 50% (two decimal places are reserved after rounding); The total score of comprehensive secretarial candidates is composed of 40% of the written test score and 60% of the assessment score (rounded to two decimal places).

(8) Physical examination

1, the physical examination object determines the total score from high score to low score among those who reach the qualified score line or above according to the number of job recruits and the ratio of 1: 1. If the total score is the same, the one with the highest written test score will be shortlisted; The total score of the comprehensive specialty candidates of the secretary is the same as that of the written test, and the one with the highest field research score is shortlisted.

The list of shortlisted medical examiners and the medical examination announcement will be published on Hunan Recruitment Network ().

2. The physical examination shall be conducted by the recruiting unit with reference to the current medical examination standards for civil servants.

3. Those who have not completed the physical examination or failed the physical examination cannot be listed as the objects of investigation.

In case of unqualified medical examination or abstention, candidates who have reached the qualified score line in the same position can be replenished from high score to low score according to the total score. If the total score is the same, the one with the highest written test score will be shortlisted (the same position will not be filled twice).

(9) Investigation

1. Those who pass the physical examination will enter the inspection.

2. The inspection is organized and implemented by the recruiting unit with reference to the relevant provisions of the civil service recruitment inspection.

3. If the unqualified inspection or abstention leads to the vacancy of the candidate for the recruitment position, it can be replenished from high score to low score according to the total score of the person applying for the same position. If the total score is the same, the person with the highest written test score will be shortlisted (no more than two times for the same position), and will be inspected after passing the medical examination.

(10) Publicity and Employment

1. After investigation, qualified personnel are the candidates.

2. The list of persons to be employed shall be reviewed by the recruiting unit, reported to Changsha Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval, and publicized in official website of Changsha Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for 7 working days.

Those who give up during the publicity period, or those who fail to pass the report, can be replenished in turn from high score to low score among those who apply for the same position. If the total score is the same, the one with the highest written test score will be shortlisted, and it will only be replenished once.

3. After the list of persons to be hired is publicized without objection, the employing unit will report the list of public recruiters in Changsha public institutions to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for relevant personnel procedures.

4. All employees must sign a labor contract with the employer, and stipulate the probation period according to the regulations.

Those who pass the probation period will be formally employed; Unqualified, cancel the employment.
