1, English level (IELTS test date is within two years)
IELTS Band 4-6 (0);
IELTS 4 7s (10);
IELTS 4 8(20 points).
The English proficiency score corresponding to other IELTS scores is 0. Under the condition that the English proficiency score is 0, as long as the applicant's total score can reach the passing score, he can still apply for classified skilled immigrant visas (namely, visas 189, 190 and 489), provided that all four IELTS scores are not less than 6 before submitting the immigrant visa application, and the test date for obtaining IELTS scores is within two years from the date of submitting the immigrant visa. Applicants can take the IELTS test for academic or immigration purposes, and the Immigration Bureau does not restrict the location of IELTS test.

The applicant's age is between 18 and 24 (25 points).
The applicant is between 25 and 32 years old (30 points).

3. Nominate technical occupations
Applicants with immigration visas 189, 190, 489 must provide proof of passing the relevant immigration occupation assessment when submitting the application for immigration intention (EOI), and the nominated occupation must be on the corresponding list of skilled occupations in Australia.
Applicants for other types of immigrant visas must provide proof that they have applied to the relevant immigration occupation assessment agencies for occupation assessment when submitting their application for immigrant visas, and the nominated occupation must be the occupation on the corresponding technical occupation list in Australia.
4. Overseas working experience (past ten years)
3-5 years working experience (5 points);
5-8 years working experience (10 score);
8- 10 years working experience (15 points).
Work experience here is defined as working at least 20 hours a week, paid, engaged in the applicant's immigration nomination occupation or related occupations on the Australian technical occupation list.
5. Work experience in Australia (past ten years)
1-3 years working experience (5 points);
3-5 years working experience (10);
5-8 years working experience (15 points);
8- 10 years working experience (20 points).
Work experience can get up to 20 points. Work experience must be in the past ten years, and the nominated job or highly related job must be at least 20 hours of paid work per week. Occupation evaluation agencies will define the evaluation criteria for the relevant nominated occupations, and the applicant's work experience must at least meet the minimum skill level requirements. Some occupations may require a registration certificate.
6. Education-educational qualifications
On the day when the applicant receives the invitation to apply for immigration (at the time of invitation)
Doctor's degree from an Australian educational institution or a doctor's degree meeting other certification standards (20 points);
Has obtained a bachelor's degree, honorary bachelor's degree or master's degree from an Australian university or an overseas university recognized by Australia. (15);
Diploma or industry qualification completed in Australia (10);
On the date of receiving the invitation letter for immigration application, the applicant has obtained a diploma (junior college), a third or fourth grade certificate (AQF III/IV) issued by an Australian institution, or an overseas equivalent (10).
Applicants' academic qualifications can get up to 20 points, which can be scored according to the highest academic qualifications. The relevant assessment agencies of the nominated occupations will usually determine whether the applicant's academic qualifications meet the criteria for judging the relevant Australian academic qualifications. The Australian degree mentioned here needs to meet the two-year study requirements in Australia.
7. Studying in Australia-the recognition of studying in Australia (5 points)
The requirement is that the applicant has completed a course with a duration of at least 16 months in Australia (it can be one course, two courses or more), and the course has been registered with the Australian Ministry of Education for at least 92 weeks, and the course studied must be closely related to the nominated occupation.
8. Community Language-Community Language (5 points)
The applicant has passed the quasi-professional translation certification (translation and interpretation) of the Australian Translation Certification Association (NAATI).
9 spouse skills-partner skills (5 points)
Their spouses need to meet the following four conditions:
(1) You are under 50 years of age on the date of submitting your application for an immigrant visa.
(2) Before the application for immigrant visa is submitted, all four IELTS scores are not less than 6 points, and the test date for obtaining IELTS scores is within two years from the date of submitting the immigrant visa. Academic IELTS or immigration IELTS scores are recognized.
(3) The nominated occupation has been evaluated by relevant certification bodies in Australia (the nominated occupation and the main applicant are located in the same SOL).
(4) Have no less than 65,438+02 months' work experience in the past 24 months before submitting the immigration application (the occupation is on the list of Australian technical occupations, and the working hours per week are not less than 20 hours). Or meet the two-year study requirements in Australia.

Applicants are required to complete the immigration vocational training program (professional year) approved by the Minister of Immigration for one year (within 4 years before the date of receiving the immigration invitation).

Applicants who apply for a 190 visa will not be eligible to apply for a 189 visa if they have a guarantee from an Australian state or region government.
12, state/regional government guarantee or relative guarantee (remote areas) (10 score)
The responsibility of the family or the state or territory government to the Australian region applies to the 489 visa applicant, if it is guaranteed by the state or territory government or relatives. This bonus does not apply to visa applications for 189 and 190.
13, studying in remote areas-studying in Australia (5 points)
The prerequisite for obtaining this bonus point is that the applicant meets the requirement of "studying in Australia for two years", and the campus and residence of the applicant's school are located in remote areas of Australia or regional Australia/low population growth metropolitan areas.
Remote areas or cities with low population growth rate in Australia include:
