Can I enter Germany with a French visa?

(4) When applying for a visa, you must attach an invitation to visit all Schengen countries, and fill in the total number of days in all Schengen countries in the "stay period" of the visa application form.

(5) According to the Schengen Agreement, a country can enter other Schengen countries after completing the visa, and being refused by one country means being refused by all Schengen countries at the same time.
