The Historical Evolution of Rongshan Town

Rongshan Town belonged to Zetianli Gaokeng and Kuanchuan Fort in Qing Dynasty, and belonged to the Second (Dashi) Regiment in the early years of the Republic of China. 1933 Establish Yudonghe District Su in Jialing County, which governs 6 township Su and 22 village Su. After 1935, the Red Army went north and belonged to Gaokeng Lianbao. 1940 Jianzhangba Township belongs to Guangyuan County. 1950, the old Zhangba Township was divided into Rongshan Township, and the new Heping Township was subordinate to Dashi District. 1956 Garden and Songping (Happiness) Village were included in the original Taiping Township from Garden Township, Guohua District, wangcang county. In the same year, wangcang county Heping Township was incorporated into Rongshan Township. 1958, Heping Township, which was included in wangcang county from 1956, merged with Rongshan Township and Taiping Township to form Rongshan Commune. 196 1 year, Taiping commune was established in Taiping Township, North China (198 1 year, it was renamed Yu He Township because of the same name). 1984, commune changed to township. 1985, Jianrongshan Town, Rongshan Town was revoked and belonged to the original central area. 1992, villages and towns merged, and Yu He Township merged into Rongshan Town. In 2007, Shizhong District was renamed as Lizhou District, which was called Rongshan Town, Lizhou District, Guangyuan City.
