Where is Donghougao Village?

Donghougao Village is located in the east of the county 15km, north of National Highway 308, south of National Highway 339, and 3.5km east of the government residence of Jiajiakou Town. It is adjacent to Qiutou in the east, Kou _ land in the south, and high in the west and north.

The name of the village comes from Ningjin County Records. There is a small river to the east of the village, and Shanxi immigrants live on both sides. /kloc-At the beginning of the 0/7th century, a bridge was built over the river, named "Yongning Bridge". A temple named "Jade Emperor Pavilion" was built by the bridge. Villages on both sides of the Taiwan Strait are called East-West Houge according to their directions. By the middle of the Qing Dynasty, it had evolved into something tall. Because the village is in the east, it is called "Donghou Gaocun".

According to the historical evolution of Ningjin County Records, it belongs to Chengdong Township in the early Qing Dynasty, Dingcaotuan in the middle Qing Dynasty and Nanqu in the Republic of China.
