The visa application fee is paid in Australian dollars and can be remitted to the Australian Department of Immigration and Multicultural Aboriginal Affairs by credit card, money order or bank check – the application fee must be paid, otherwise the student visa application will be invalid.

A completed and signed student visa application form (Form 157A) – the application form must be submitted, otherwise the student visa application will be invalid.

from each school you will be attending A signed guardianship certificate proving that the school concerned will be responsible for your food, accommodation, living security and basic welfare issues during your stay in Australia.

A legal declaration issued by a relative over 21 years old who is permanently resident in Australia and designated in writing by your parents, proving that he/she will be responsible for your food and accommodation during your stay in Australia, Life security and basic welfare issues; and

Notarized birth certificates of relevant persons and legal documents that can prove the kinship between you; and

In the past 10 years, your The original criminal record certificate issued by the police of each country where the designated relative in Australia has lived for more than 12 months. (See Form 47P)

Relatives eligible to be designated caregivers include brothers, sisters, grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, step-parents, step-parents, and step-parents. Parents and brothers, half-sisters, step-grandparents, step-uncle, step-aunt/aunt, step-nephew (female).

If you have unmarried children under the age of 18, please provide a notarized birth certificate stating their parents’ names.

If you have children who come to Australia to live with you ***, and the children have reached the age of 5 or are about to reach the age of 5 during their stay in Australia, please provide a residence permit issued by the Australian school the child will attend. Original letter of offer of a place in a course.

If you have children under the age of 18 traveling to Australia and living with you in Australia***, and one of the parents will not live in Australia, please provide a signed letter from the parent not going to Australia. The original signed letter agreeing to travel to Australia, and attach a copy of their ID card.

Academic and language requirements:

Please provide the original letter of offer of a place in a course issued by each Australian school you will attend – this must be done before applying for a visa Submit the original letter of proof of reservation when applying, otherwise the student visa application will be invalid. Each letter must indicate the level of the course you are studying, the name of the course, the CRICOS code of the course and school, the start and end time of the course and the full fees for all courses. Please note that if you apply for a visa category that requires you to take an English language course, but do not provide a letter of confirmation of retention for such a course in your application, your visa will be refused.

Please provide clear copies and notarized certificates of academic qualifications/degree certificates you have obtained. For example, the 571 student visa requires a clear copy and notarized certificate of junior high school graduation certificate; the 572 visa requires a clear copy and notarized certificate of high school graduation certificate (or equivalent education certificate); the 574 visa requires a bachelor's degree certificate ( or equivalent academic qualification certificate) and a notarized copy. Type 573 student visa requires a clear copy and notarized certificate of high school graduation certificate (or equivalent academic certificate). For Type 573 student visa, only a clear copy and notarized certificate of high school graduation certificate (or equivalent academic certificate) can be provided with the application. The person has been admitted to Australia to study a one-year preparatory course plus an undergraduate course or has completed a one-year preparatory course in Australia.

If you are applying to study in high school, please provide the original certificate of enrollment issued by your current school indicating your grade and class.

If the student visa category you are applying for requires you to provide IELTS scores, please provide the original IELTS score report (must be a test taken within 2 years before submitting the application).

Proof of funds:

If any of you/your spouse, parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, aunts or uncles pays for you to study in Australia For expenses during the period, please provide the original official letter issued by their current workplace or their previous employer (if they have resigned), indicating their job title, salary, other income, and working years.

If any of you/your spouse, parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, aunts or uncles paid for your expenses while studying in Australia, please provide them with additional sources of income Clear copies of supporting documents and notarial certificates of copies.

Additional sources of income include business profits, stock dividends, etc. The supporting materials may include tax records or business licenses, etc. These materials must clearly indicate the nature of the income received.

You can provide materials from sources of funds approved by the Department of Immigration to prove that you have sufficient funds to pay for your studies in Australia.

If you are a Chinese citizen and apply for a student visa other than the 576 student visa, you can go to the website of the Australian Department of Immigration, Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs at http://www.immi.gov.au/students /fin_al4.pdf Find out the amount of funds required for the visa category you are applying for. The total amount of funds required varies for different visa categories.

The sources of funds recognized by the Department of Immigration include:

A letter issued by a financial institution recognized by the Department of Immigration to you/your spouse, parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, aunts The uncle (uncle) provides the original letter of intention to approve the "student loan", indicating the loan amount and loan repayment period, and the loan repayment period must meet the requirements of the visa office on the student loan period.

The loan is applicable to student visa categories 570, 571, 572, 573, 574 and 575. All other visa categories except subclass 574 require student loan terms to be up to 3 years. If the course enrolled is less than 3 years, the loan term must only include the total duration of all courses. The loan period required by the 574 student visa includes the preparatory courses (including English courses) and the following 12 months. If the main course enrolled is less than 12 months, the loan period must only include the sum of the preparatory course time (including English courses) and the main course time.

In China, the financial institutions recognized by the Ministry of Immigration to provide study abroad loans are Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, CITIC Industrial Bank and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank.

Please provide your/your spouse, parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, aunts and uncles before submitting the application. Proof of deposit that lasts for 6 months, including:

Original certificate of deposit issued by the bank that can prove that the deposit is still on the account from the time of application submission to visa review; and

< p>Notarized or certified copies of all bank passbooks/deposit certificates involved in the above deposit certificates.

The interest statement provided alone cannot be used to prove the amount and period of the relevant deposits. The passbook can be a valid certificate proving the time and amount of cash deposited.
