Academic and language requirements:
Please provide the original letter of offer of a place in a course issued by each Australian school you will attend – this must be done before applying for a visa Submit the original letter of proof of reservation when applying, otherwise the student visa application will be invalid. Each letter must indicate the level of the course you are studying, the name of the course, the CRICOS code of the course and school, the start and end time of the course and the full fees for all courses. Please note that if you apply for a visa category that requires you to take an English language course, but do not provide a letter of confirmation of retention for such a course in your application, your visa will be refused.
Please provide clear copies and notarized certificates of academic qualifications/degree certificates you have obtained. For example, the 571 student visa requires a clear copy and notarized certificate of junior high school graduation certificate; the 572 visa requires a clear copy and notarized certificate of high school graduation certificate (or equivalent education certificate); the 574 visa requires a bachelor's degree certificate ( or equivalent academic qualification certificate) and a notarized copy. Type 573 student visa requires a clear copy and notarized certificate of high school graduation certificate (or equivalent academic certificate). For Type 573 student visa, only a clear copy and notarized certificate of high school graduation certificate (or equivalent academic certificate) can be provided with the application. The person has been admitted to Australia to study a one-year preparatory course plus an undergraduate course or has completed a one-year preparatory course in Australia.
If you are applying to study in high school, please provide the original certificate of enrollment issued by your current school indicating your grade and class.
If the student visa category you are applying for requires you to provide IELTS scores, please provide the original IELTS score report (must be a test taken within 2 years before submitting the application).
Proof of funds:
If any of you/your spouse, parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, aunts or uncles pays for you to study in Australia For expenses during the period, please provide the original official letter issued by their current workplace or their previous employer (if they have resigned), indicating their job title, salary, other income, and working years.
If any of you/your spouse, parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, aunts or uncles paid for your expenses while studying in Australia, please provide them with additional sources of income Clear copies of supporting documents and notarial certificates of copies.
Additional sources of income include business profits, stock dividends, etc. The supporting materials may include tax records or business licenses, etc. These materials must clearly indicate the nature of the income received.
You can provide materials from sources of funds approved by the Department of Immigration to prove that you have sufficient funds to pay for your studies in Australia.
If you are a Chinese citizen and apply for a student visa other than the 576 student visa, you can go to the website of the Australian Department of Immigration, Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs at http://www.immi.gov.au/students /fin_al4.pdf Find out the amount of funds required for the visa category you are applying for. The sources of funds recognized by the Department of Immigration include:

In China, the financial institutions recognized by the Ministry of Immigration to provide study abroad loans are Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, CITIC Industrial Bank and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank.

Original certificate of deposit issued by the bank that can prove that the deposit is still on the account from the time of application submission to visa review; and
< p>Notarized or certified copies of all bank passbooks/deposit certificates involved in the above deposit certificates.The interest statement provided alone cannot be used to prove the amount and period of the relevant deposits. The passbook can be a valid certificate proving the time and amount of cash deposited.
