Haiti is in Latin America, but why are there no whites?

There are whites in Haiti. By 20 12, the total population of Haiti will be 9.8 million. 95% is black.

White Haitians are Haitians whose ancestors are Europeans. The earliest whites in Haiti were French, and now whites are descendants of immigrants at the beginning of the twentieth century.

Most French people were either killed or fled back to France after the founding of Haiti, until European businessmen came to Haiti again in the second half of the 19th century, married local women and obtained the right of abode.

Until 20 13, their population was about 500,000.
