Does Palau grant visa-free access to China?

Our country has no diplomatic relations with Palau. Palau has a visa system on arrival. Foreigners who hold passports valid for more than 6 months and present exit tickets can stay in the country for 30 days. If they need to extend their stay after entering the country, they need to apply to the Immigration Bureau for an extension at least seven days in advance, and they can extend it for up to two times, each time for 30 days, and each time they need to pay a handling fee of 50 dollars.
