Article 6 The relevant district (city) and county governments and project authorities shall be responsible for supporting funds, land acquisition and demolition, resettlement, external supporting conditions coordination services and situation tracking according to the construction scale and reasonable construction period of key projects. Chapter II Procedures for Approval Article 7 Key municipal projects shall be determined once a year and reported according to the following procedures:

Eighteenth key projects should be included in the key construction projects after the preliminary design approval. Chapter IV Management of Key Construction Projects Article 19 The municipal key construction projects shall be strictly managed by the project authorities and project owners in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, province and city.
