We should seize the opportunity of building a new socialist countryside, actively strive for investment in agricultural infrastructure, health, education, science and technology, public service system, energy conservation and environmental protection, and urban community improvement, and make every effort to promote project construction. Focus on strengthening the preliminary work of the project, strengthen the construction of the project library, thoroughly improve the preliminary work of the project that has made substantial progress, and strive for early investment and construction of major projects.
