How to immigrate to Hong Kong?

Legal analysis: The current plan does not include China citizens in the application scope, but they can obtain permanent residence status in a third country before applying. The quality immigration entry plan can also be used for immigrants.

Legal basis: excellent immigration plan, basic qualification of People's Republic of China (PRC) Immigration Department, government of China SAR.

Applicants must meet all the following basic qualifications:

Age applicants must be 18 years old or above when submitting applications under this plan.

The financial requirement is that the applicant must prove that he/she and his/her dependents (if any) can live and reside independently in Hong Kong without relying on public assistance.

Applicants with good conduct must not have any criminal record or bad immigration record in Hong Kong or elsewhere.

Language proficiency applicants must have good written and spoken Chinese or English (spoken Chinese refers to Mandarin or Cantonese).

Applicants with basic academic qualifications must have good academic qualifications. Generally speaking, they must have a university degree awarded by a recognized university or higher education institution. Under special circumstances, good technical qualifications, demonstrable professional ability and/or documented experience and achievements may also be considered.

If the applicant fails to provide satisfactory supporting documents to prove that he meets all the above basic qualifications, his application will be rejected immediately and will not be further processed.
