Fish Leong is not from China, but why is his ancestral home in China?

China people are a nation, and their ancestral home is a concept of blood. For example, if I immigrated to the United States, obtained American citizenship and gave up China citizenship, then I am an American now, but my native place is China, because my family comes from China. For the same reason, Fish Leong is now going overseas with his family, Malaysians or Singaporeans. He has no China nationality and is a foreigner, but his ancestors moved here from somewhere in China.
