What language do people in southern Tibet speak?

They don't speak Tibetan, but the language of the Lhoba people. Although their dress customs are similar to those of Tibetans, their language is different, which is their mother tongue. Moreover, India is constantly migrating its population and promoting Hindi in southern Tibet. I wonder if our compatriots in southern Tibet will deny that they are Indians in a few years?
