A: The exit-entry administration department of the public security organ shall issue an application for a travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao within 7 working days after acceptance. After accepting the application for endorsement separately, it shall be issued within 7 working days. Due to local traffic inconvenience or special circumstances, the issuance time can be extended to 20 working days with the approval of the exit-entry administration department of the provincial public security organ.

The exit-entry administration department of the public security organ shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state on exit-entry administration, issue a pass or endorsement to and from Hong Kong and Macao at the place where the non-resident accounts are located.
