Compared with European and American immigrants, China immigrated to Japan.
At present, the overall political atmosphere in Japan is right-of-center. It may be that the scars brought by the Red Army to the people's hearts are too heavy. Now, under the general left-leaning situation in developed countries all over the world and the increasing shortage of labor force, Japan is still unmoved and still does not talk about refugee and immigration policies.
Second, the nation
Japanese are typical blood hybrids, and their ethnic origins are very complicated. However, because most people are descendants of East Asia, Japan quickly formed a unique single civilization. At present, the only officially recognized minority in Japan is Ainu, and it is recognized in recent years when there are very few pure Ainu, so it is impossible to make any waves.
Aragaki Yui, a well-known beauty in Okinawa, is obviously not a pure-blooded Okinawa. The pure Okinawa people I have met have a strong accent and obvious Southeast Asian characteristics on their faces. Now there are very few Okinawa people with pure blood, and most of the locals are mixed-race, even descendants of immigrants on the island.
Third, the Japanese are in China.
I must say realistically that if I go to Japan after graduating from college, there is basically no obvious exclusion, but it is difficult to integrate into their circle. But the Japanese themselves are really good friends, that is, one or two, and even their relationship with their parents is mostly average, and they have not contacted each other several times throughout the year.
In the workplace, I am very dependent on people. Some people adapt well and know the rules. After a long time, the benefits of a face come out. This has advantages over European and American departments, but if it doesn't adapt, it is easy to be unhappy and excluded.
However, not only China people, but also Japanese people are excluded for various reasons. In this case, you either go to a domestic company or a company in Europe and America. Of course, the choice is much narrower, so the specific plan is different.
Fourth, the issue of credit.
This is similar to other European and American countries, and credit is very important for a social person. In China, people may not pay much attention to it. It's not a big problem to owe utilities, telephone bills or run a red light. Nothing more than paying a fine afterwards. However, these are very serious credit problems in Japan, which will not be seen in a short time. When you want to borrow money to apply for permanent residence, you will be taught to be a man every minute.
Five, all kinds of temptations and traps
Japan, a purely capitalist country, has few vicious crimes and relatively good public security. In most cases, you just need to stay away from those drunken uncles. Because the cost of crime in Japan is high, but the relative cost of income is unpredictable. Once you have a criminal record, I'm sorry, normal Japanese life basically leaves you.
However, pits in relatively gray areas naturally appear. Of course, most people who have been through the battlefield in China basically recognize some routines such as low-level fraud and fairy dancing. However, China people are not familiar with some Japanese contract traps and high-interest loans. Remember to stay away from all informal intermediary and loan business.
Inconsistent verbs income and maximum limit
In terms of income, the worst thing Japan has ever done is to eat the same pot. The advantage is that everyone's income is similar, and the gap between the rich and the poor is small. The disadvantage is that it is not easy to make big money. Twice the income of peers may be the gap between Dongda and Sanben.
In Japan, lawyers, doctors and professors are almost out of reach or even unrealistic for people in high schools and even universities. So looking down, after all, the high-paying income that is easy to achieve is nothing more than IT and finance. In the field of IT, Japan has no advantage in the past two years. Before that, the starting salary still has certain advantages. Now, after the packaging price in a second-tier city like Hangzhou comes up, it is almost a loss to see the income.
Of course, not everyone is 985. Some sweatshops I know, with two or three years' experience, are everywhere with less than 10 thousand yuan a month. As far as income is concerned, the average college student's graduation price is 200,000 yen/month, and the better company has a bonus every six months, while the worse company has no bonus.
Big hand companies recruit people, usually from 250 thousand yen/month, once every six months, once every two or three months. Then other benefits will increase, such as the company has a unified canteen, free or cheaper nutritious lunch. (Generally, they are super-valued, much more delicious and healthy than those outside. A better company even has a special company single apartment (you can live until you get married, or move out by yourself) and a high housing subsidy. As far as I know, some companies in Tokyo directly subsidize 654.38 million yen/month.
However, I would like to add that the recruitment of large companies is generally unified in Japan, but the allocation to specific branches or Tokyo cooperatives is random, and the allocation to solve housing problems is also the basic treatment. Finally, talk about the ceiling in China. In fact, there are some ceilings in China, but you can't tell from the name, because basically everything that can go up has been naturalized and renamed, but because the mainland once blew out in Japan in the 1990s, most of them are from Taiwan Province Province.
Those who are not naturalized can hardly climb high. Of course, more is to start your own business. I've seen dozens of stores open. Well done. There are also China people who will open companies, such as cats and dogs, to send small companies, shoot big offices, fool domestic labor, shoot capitalist wool, and earn some agency fees for studying abroad.
Seven, life
Let's start with housing. As mentioned earlier, renting a house in Japan is very expensive, and the cost of water and electricity communication is one grade higher than that in China. But the advantage is that the rental market here is more formal, and all of them are operated by property management companies, so the living experience is mostly better than that of informal landlords in China. In addition, rents in first-tier cities in China are also rising. I heard from a friend that he just found a single room (not a separate bathroom), which is not in the city center and costs 2000+ in Hangzhou.
However, the initial cost of renting a house here in Japan is relatively high, moving is also expensive, and there are various miscellaneous expenses, such as a single room in the suburbs of Tokyo Circle, which costs 3,000 RMB per month, about 20㎡. But if you only live for one year, it will definitely cost more than 3,000 RMB a month on average.
If I live alone, it will add up to about 10000 yen. I didn't mean to save it. If you pay the communication fee, you will hardly make a phone call. It costs about 1300 yen per month, plus 5,000 yen for surfing the Internet, and the living expenses cost about 65,000 yen. Of course, I am absolutely frugal, as a working party. It usually costs more than 50 thousand yen to eat, so it doesn't save money.
Eight. Educational and medical resources
At present, there is a shortage of labor force in Japan, coupled with the loose education trap (what we call quality education) in the past 30 years, and the shortage of middle-end talents. Young people are generally red deer. As the post-80s generation who grew up in China's ordinary elite education (our current examination system is actually ordinary elite education), you will find that compared with the Japanese, we basically crush ordinary Japanese young people in world outlook, knowledge and vision.
Of course, the resources of the Japanese elite can't compare with us or the Japanese elite, but it is still possible to compare with Japan. Therefore, China people are more competitive in employment than ordinary Japanese people, especially in science and engineering. Otherwise, China people will not fill some science and engineering jobs that Japanese people don't like to do. Furthermore, if our children grow up in Japan, they will face significantly less competition than their peers who grew up in China. It is easy to be a well-fed red deer in Japan, but it may be the fate of Sanhe Great God in China.
Of course, you can also spend a lot of money to train an elite child, but this difficulty may be more than the money you have to invest in China. Children and grandchildren are blessed with their own ideas, and their abilities are limited. I may not be able to cultivate a 985 elite in China, but at least I can guarantee that he will not take the crooked road of Sanhe Great God. I won't elaborate on medical knowledge. I can only say that it must be much more conscientious than domestic conscience, and medical resources are not so tight. The poor pay less and the rich pay more. In a word, it ensures that both the rich and the poor can afford all kinds of diseases. If the income exceeds the limit, other countries will reimburse it. Medical treatment is one of the main reasons why I came to Japan.
