Entrepreneurial (guarantee) applicants must meet the following requirements:

? Guaranteed by the relevant Australian state government;

? Have a successful business background;

? In at least two of the past four years, the annual turnover of the invested enterprise is not less than 300,000 Australian dollars, or it has more than four years of senior management experience;

? At least A $250,000 of assets were transferred to Australia within two years after the establishment of the enterprise was approved;

? Promise to start a business after arriving in Australia, have the ownership of the enterprise and directly and actively participate in the daily management of the enterprise;

? Under the age of 55, except in special circumstances;

? After investigation, submit a complete and feasible business plan;

Required materials

At least 18 years old, sign the Australian value statement.

A) Outline your business career and your intention to go to Australia.

To apply for Class A, you need to provide

B) Certificate held by the company:

Business license or shareholding certificate

(proof of purchase, stock registration/company registration/share transfer documents, company history summary, annual returns of directors and shareholders, partnership/trust/franchise agreement. )

C) Proof of participation in management: (within 4 financial years before application)

Business contracts, meeting minutes,

Presentation or authorization of documents.

Evidence is needed to prove relevant business and strategic management, recruitment, price structure, business profitability, responsibilities and so on.

D) The professional audit department shall provide public certificates for auditing financial statements, balance sheets and profit and loss statements (two of the four fiscal years before the application).

To apply for a B visa, you need to provide

E) Company contract, scope of work specified by the employer, salary certificate, income statement or turnover statement.

F) Other documents: business organization chart, showing the operation of each department.

6. Photos of business premises and business activities

Available net assets within two years

In and out of assets/liabilities on a certain day in the last three months.

Details of the source of asset acquisition

Proof of ownership and net assets (A $250,000 plus resettlement fee)

List liabilities corresponding to unexpected assets, such as mortgages and loans.
