American immigrant visa process

American EB-5 investment immigration process:

1. Prepare documents and submit them to American immigration lawyers for review (confirm the eligibility for application and pay the fees);

2. Remittance of investment funds (550,000 yuan);

3. Submit the I-526 application (12—1August);

4.I-526 approval (4-6 months);

5. Wait for the timetable and submit it to NVC (see the timetable of the Immigration Bureau for details);

6. Interview with Guangzhou Consulate and obtain an immigrant visa (the whole family will report to the United States within 6 months);

7. Landing in the United States and obtaining a temporary green card for two years;

8. Submit an application for I-829 termination conditions (2 1 month);

9.I-829 approved and obtained a permanent green card;

10. Apply for returning the investment funds after the investment expires.
