Do Koreans prefer China or Japanese?

Koreans don't like either. Comparatively speaking, they hate the Japanese a little more because Japan invaded them. Apart from the Korean War, there is no deep hatred in China's history, mainly because of the prejudice caused by different regions.

Koreans have the same names as China people, because they are deeply influenced by China culture in history. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Korea was a vassal state of China. Historically, their upper class can write Chinese characters and speak Chinese. All written materials are Chinese characters, so their names are also Chinese characters.

Korean nationality

The overseas residence rate of Koreans is 10%, which is much higher than the world average (3%). In terms of population comparison, the Korean nation is the fourth largest nation in the world after Israel, Ireland and Italy.

According to the report of "Investigation on Immigrants' Residence and Employment in 20 17" released by the Korea Statistics Office and the Ministry of Justice on the 20th, as of May this year, there were 6,543,800 foreign residents living in Korea, including 834,000 employed people, and 53,000 foreigners who have joined Korean nationality in the last five years.
