Is Nicholas Tse a dual citizen?

I used to be a dual citizen, but Nicholas Tse revealed that she had applied for revocation of Canadian citizenship.

On September 5th, 20021,Nicholas Tse, interviewed by CCTV Movie Channel, responded positively to the nationality question and revealed that he was applying for revocation of Canadian citizenship. As an artist in Hong Kong, he also said, "Because I was born in Hong Kong, I am originally from China."

According to China's relevant regulations, all compatriots from China and China, regardless of other foreign nationalities, are China citizens.

In other words, Nicholas Tse's dual nationality belongs to "reasonable dual nationality", which is still far from those "double stars" who emigrated abroad after the popularity of the mainland.

Nicholas Tse is a dual citizen because:

Nicholas Tse 1980 was born in Hong Kong and obtained Hong Kong citizenship in China. 1987, he moved to Canada with his parents and obtained Canadian citizenship-thus becoming a dual citizen.

Obviously, the responsibility for Nicholas Tse's dual nationality mainly lies with his parents, because he was only seven years old at that time. And most importantly, because he is a resident of Hong Kong and Macao, his dual nationality belongs to "reasonable dual nationality" recognized by China law.
