I passed the PR qualification test in Singapore before, but later I returned to China, ignoring the issue of identity. Now I want to ask how to restore PR status.

I think you should check with ICA first to see if your PR status has been cancelled. Because you got the PR in 2003, your REP should expire in 2008, but you haven't been to Singapore since 2006, and you haven't updated your REP, so basically PR has been cancelled a lot, but let's ask.

If it hasn't been cancelled, it will really smell good. Then apply for a new representative.

If it has been cancelled, then you must reapply. Of course, I think the key point should be to tell ICA why you can't or don't want to update your REP, otherwise even if you reapply, it will be futile, because people gave you a chance, but you didn't cherish it.

Good luck.
