Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in order to standardize the dress of emergency management comprehensive administrative law enforcement personnel, strictly enforce the law discipline, promote standardized and civilized law enforcement, and establish and maintain a good image of emergency management comprehensive administrative law enforcement team.

Article 2 The dress of emergency management comprehensive administrative law enforcement personnel (hereinafter referred to as law enforcement personnel) refers to those who conform to the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Clothing and Signs in Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Norms (Caixing [2020] No.299) and wear national uniform and signs (hereinafter referred to as dress).

Article 3 The term "standard clothing" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to uniform clothing worn by law enforcement officers in accordance with regulations, including uniforms, duty clothes, standard shirts, hats and shoes.

The term "sign" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to the special signs worn by law enforcement officers in accordance with the regulations when they wear standard clothes, including hat badges, armbands, epaulettes, badges, chest numbers, ties and belts.

Article 4 Law enforcement officers shall wear clothes and carry administrative law enforcement certificates with them, and strictly abide by the following provisions:

(a) in accordance with the provisions of the supporting wear, standard clothing and casual wear shall not be mixed. When there are non-standard clothes in standard clothes, they shall not be exposed.

(two) to keep the standard clothes clean and tidy, and not to wear clothes that are harmful to discipline, such as bare arms, sleeves and trousers.

(three) in accordance with the provisions, wear a complete hat badge, armband, epaulettes, badge, chest number and other signs, which are standard belts. Do not wear or tie signs or articles that have nothing to do with the identity of law enforcement officers or the performance of official duties.

(four) the hat is solemn and correct, and it is not allowed to be worn sideways or backwards. When working indoors, you don't have to wear a hat unless you have a task. When not in use, it should be placed or hung neatly.

(five) except for work needs or other special circumstances, law enforcement officers should wear standard leather shoes. Wear complete personal protective equipment when entering a special law enforcement environment.

(6) Do not wear scarves, dye nails, dye colored hair or wear jewelry. Male law enforcement officers are not allowed to have long hair, shaved heads or beards, and female law enforcement officers are not allowed to wear heavy makeup or shawls.

Article 5 Under any of the following circumstances, law enforcement officers should not wear clothes:

(a) working hours are not due to law enforcement tasks.

(2) The body shape of female law enforcement officers changed obviously after pregnancy.

(3) Being suspended for being suspected of violating the law and discipline.

(four) non-work needs to enter the business entertainment.

(five) other circumstances that are not suitable for wearing standard clothing.

Article 6 If a law enforcement officer resigns, is transferred or dismissed or expelled, he shall return all the standard clothes and signs. Retired law enforcement officers should return all signs.

Article 7 Law enforcement officers should wear standard clothes, be dignified in appearance, have good spirits and behave appropriately, and it is forbidden to fight.

Eighth law enforcement officers should take good care of and properly keep the standard clothing and signs, and if they are accidentally lost, they should report to their units in time. Lost, defaced, etc. Affect the normal law enforcement work, apply for a replacement according to the procedure. No donation, loan or sale is allowed except for the needs of work.

Article 9 In principle, the time for changing seasons is summer clothes after May Day and autumn and winter clothes after National Day. The specific dressing time is determined by the provincial emergency management comprehensive administrative law enforcement department according to the climatic conditions and work needs.

Tenth emergency management comprehensive administrative law enforcement departments at all levels should respect and care for signs, strictly regulate the use of signs, and prohibit any damage to signs.

Eleventh in violation of the provisions of law enforcement officers, the unit should promptly criticize and educate and correct the illegal behavior; If the circumstances are serious or refuse to correct, the responsibility of the relevant person in charge of the unit and law enforcement personnel shall be investigated.

Twelfth the implementation of these provisions should be included in the emergency management or safety inspection at all levels.

Thirteenth the provisions shall come into force as of the date of issuance, and the emergency management department shall be responsible for the interpretation.
