Excuse me, what is the treatment method of MBR membrane in membrane treatment
Membrane bioreactor process is a new type of wastewater biological treatment technology which combines modern membrane separation technology with biotechnology. It replaces the secondary sedimentation tank with a membrane separation device, which effectively intercepts the activated sludge and macromolecular organic matter in the biochemical reaction tank, and greatly improves the concentration (biomass) of the activated sludge in the biochemical reaction tank. Hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge retention time (SRT) are controlled separately, and the refractory macromolecular organic matter is trapped in the reaction tank and continuously degraded. Membrane bioreactor process greatly improves the treatment efficiency of bioreactor through membrane separation technology. Compared with the traditional biological treatment process, it has the advantages of high biochemical efficiency, strong load impact resistance, good and stable effluent quality, small floor space, long sludge discharge period and easy automatic control. It is one of the most promising wastewater biological treatment technologies in the field of high concentration organic wastewater treatment and reclaimed water reuse.
