First, the object of later support

Rural migrants from large and medium-sized reservoirs with household registration in Shandong Province include those directly under the central government, those from large and medium-sized reservoirs managed by our province, those from other provinces involved in our province and those who moved into our province after the approval of the Three Gorges Project.

Second, the late support standards and support period

For immigrants included in the scope of support, 600 yuan will be subsidized every year.

Immigrants who moved in before June 30, 2006 and were included in the scope of support will be supported for another 20 years from July 2006 1; Immigrants who moved after July 1 2006 and were included in the scope of support will receive support for 20 years from the date of completion of relocation.

Third, the late support mode

Late support funds can be directly distributed to individual immigrants, as far as possible to individual immigrants; Project support can also be implemented; You can also use a combination of the two.

Fourth, determine the principles of later support.

Adhere to development priority and ensure stability;

Adhere to respect for the wishes of immigrants and listen to the opinions of the people in immigrant villages;

Adhere to the interests of immigrants first, and let immigrants directly benefit as much as possible.

Fifth, determine the methods and steps of later support.

When determining the later support mode, we should directly face the masses and determine it on the basis of fully respecting the wishes of immigrants and listening to the opinions of the masses in immigrant villages. The scope of listening to the opinions of the masses in scattered resettlement villages should be reasonably determined by the natural villages or villagers' groups involved in the adjustment of production materials by immigrants.

If the resettlement villages are relocated as a whole, and the resettlement villages are scattered, and the later support funds can be directly distributed to individual immigrants, they should be distributed to individual immigrants as much as possible, or project support should be implemented, or a combination of the two. Production resettlement villages should implement project support.

County (city, district) people's government shall, within 3 days, summarize the examination and approval results with the reservoir as the unit and report them to the Municipal People's government for examination and approval. The Municipal People's Government shall, within 3 days, summarize the reservoir as a unit, and sign opinions and submit them to the provincial people's government for verification.
