Process for Russian students studying abroad
1. Communicate with the study abroad consultant, learn about the school, and choose majors and preparatory courses. Those who have a Russian language proficiency certificate and meet the admission requirements of Russian universities can directly apply for admission

Note:
According to Lisichen Study Abroad 360, to apply for a passport, you must go to the entry and exit management department of the (county) public security bureau at or above the county level where your household registration is located. This cannot be entrusted to others.
4. After the passport is processed, scan the first page of the passport and send an electronic copy to the study abroad consultant
A clear scan is required, and it is not recommended to take photos with a mobile phone or camera.
5. It takes 6 to 8 weeks for the company’s overseas service personnel to go to the student’s intended school to apply for an invitation letter.
Students will eventually obtain 2 (3) documents: an invitation letter issued by the Russian Immigration Service, an official letter from the Russian university to the Russian Embassy (Consulate) in China (some schools will also have a letter from the student) The contract (some schools do not have it, must be signed after the student goes to Russia)
6. While waiting for the invitation letter, students need to apply for a physical examination, AIDS test certificate, epidemic prevention certificate, and bank deposit certificate.
For physical examination, AIDS test certificate, and epidemic prevention certificate, you need to go to the local entry-exit quarantine bureau for physical examination, AIDS test, and epidemic prevention. Receive a small red book (physical examination), a small yellow book (epidemic prevention), and an AIDS test (A4 paper with photos and detailed information on it). The processing time is half a day.
Go to any bank to issue a bank deposit certificate (large banks are recommended), and issue a certificate of deposit of more than 30,000 yuan and more than 3 months.
7. While waiting for the invitation letter, students need to apply for notarization and certification of their highest academic qualifications
High school graduates need to apply for: high school diploma, college entrance examination transcripts, three-year transcripts (three The annual transcript is issued by the Academic Affairs Office of the high school where they are located)
College graduates need to apply for: university graduation certificate, degree certificate, four-year transcript (the four-year transcript is issued by the Academic Affairs Office of the university where they are located)
Application process:
1. Students will take their graduation certificate, college entrance examination transcripts, three-year (four-year) transcripts, and original degree certificates to the local notary office for Russian translation and apply for a notarization ( Russian translation companies can provide paid services)
2. The notary office handles notarization, with one notarial certificate and three notarial certificates for each original. The processing time is 3 to 5 days.
3. Send the original notarized certificates (three documents and three notarized certificates) to the Russian Embassy in China, and the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs will process the certification. The Russian Embassy in China will stamp a red stamp on the last page of the notarial certificate, and the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs will stamp a blue stamp on the last page of the notarial certificate. The processing time takes one month.
4. When students go to Russia, they need to bring original documents (three copies) and notarized certificates (three copies) to Russia.
Note:
1. All original documents must be authentic and valid. China and Russia are very strict about graduation certificates.
2. High school graduates cannot have a D grade in the national examination, and college graduates cannot have a failing grade in four years.
3. Senior high school students who want to study abroad do not need to have their graduation certificate notarized and certified for the time being. They need to issue a certificate of enrollment from the school and go to a notary office for notarization. However, when you enter the department in the second year, your graduation certificate must be notarized and authenticated. Therefore, parents of senior high school students receive their students’ high school diplomas and college entrance examination transcripts in June of the next year, and the three-year transcripts will be notarized and authenticated immediately.

10. Departure
1. International flights enter customs two hours in advance. It is recommended to arrive at the airport two and a half hours to three hours in advance.
2. Find the check-in window to issue tickets and check in luggage.
3. China Customs stipulates that customs declaration is required for items carrying more than 5,000 US dollars, but under normal circumstances, no customs declaration is required for items carrying about 20,000 US dollars.
4. Liquids are not allowed in carry-on luggage. Otherwise, you will not be able to pass the security check.
5. Pass the security check, find the boarding gate, and board the plane.
6. After arriving in Russia, get off the plane and go through customs. When passing customs, the customs staff will print an immigration card. The immigration card is very important and cannot be lost.
7. Pick up your luggage and arrive at the exit. The pick-up teacher will wait at the exit holding a sign.
8. The airport pick-up teacher will arrange to exchange 300 to 500 US dollars in rubles for temporary use. The teacher who picks them up at the airport will lend the students a mobile phone to call home to report that they are safe.
10. The teacher who picks you up at the airport will arrange dormitories or temporary accommodation (some schools do not provide dormitories), and help you rent a house after completing the procedures the next day.
11. Overseas processing procedures
1. The overseas service teacher will pick up the students at the dormitory or temporary residence the next day, take transportation to the business district near the school, and apply for a mobile phone card , exchange currency.
2. Overseas service teachers will lead students to the school to handle a series of procedures such as arrival visa, medical insurance, admission procedures, accommodation procedures, and tuition payment. Students must obey the arrangements of overseas teachers.
3. Overseas teachers of students from schools without dormitories will help arrange renting.
4. Overseas teachers will lead students to buy daily necessities, familiarize themselves with the environment, and give a lecture on studying and living in Russia.
5. Attend class as normal.
12. Apply for secondary certification of academic qualifications
1. Overseas teachers will make full arrangements, and students will follow the arrangements of overseas teachers.
2. Bring your passport and original notarized and certified academic qualifications to the notary center for secondary translation. and copy. The processing time is about three days.
3. The overseas teacher will lead you to the Academic Certification Center for secondary certification, and finally the Academic Certification Center will issue an academic certification. The processing time is fifteen days to one month. After the second year of preparatory studies, students can enter the department with final academic qualification certification.
