Take the place where you registered when you first joined the army as the resettlement place; After demobilization, those who enter the military school through the college entrance examination will be placed in the location of your registered permanent residence after demobilization. When you joined the army for the first time, you were a factory worker, a special conscript and the object of state care. Your household registration is based on the enlistment certificate issued by the local armed forces department when you joined the army.

B, passed the college entrance examination and was admitted to the military school.

Generally, the location of your "pre-college entrance examination" account is Andidi, and the location of your account after the college entrance examination is different from that written on the military academy enlistment notice. The local armed forces department where you received your enlistment certificate is the resettlement place of your registered permanent residence. Those who have been admitted to the military academy but have not cancelled their hukou, and whose hukou falls in other areas after enlistment, will be resettled according to the location of their hukou before the college entrance examination.

If you have a blue-printed account in Tianjin, have been married for less than 4 years, or have been married for 2 years, or have no living foundation in Tianjin, take the account before your blue-printed account moves in as the resettlement place.

In Shenzhen, the hukou was version 97 at the time of the college entrance examination, and it must be settled for 4 years, otherwise the hukou before moving in will be the resettlement place.

In Xi area and Chengdu area, if there are special circumstances, the resettlement place shall be the place where the household registration was filled in the file before enlistment.

C, graduated from a local university, joined the army, worked as a soldier or a non-commissioned officer, and later became a cadre in the military inspection military academy.

If you do not meet the local service requirements when you change jobs, you will generally take the location of the "family account" when you register for the college entrance examination as the resettlement place. If my registered permanent residence is inconsistent with the family registered permanent residence, my registered permanent residence shall be taken as the resettlement place. After serving for a certain number of years, it is necessary to take the household registration as a reference, and adopt the place where the cadres are placed. Municipalities directly under the central government, provincial capitals and special zones are not subject to this restriction, and the local policies of that year shall prevail.

2. Parents' hukou.

A. If the parents are divorced, the household registration of the foster (or guardianship) party shall be taken as the resettlement place, and relevant certificates shall be issued.

B. If the parents' household registration is separated, it shall be determined according to the time of settlement, and the earliest household registration shall be taken as the resettlement place (there are special provisions in some areas).

C. If the household registration is cancelled due to the death or disappearance of one parent, the other parent shall be taken as the resettlement place.

D. If one parent's account is a collective account of the unit, it will generally be determined by the military transfer office according to the situation. In some areas, the placement location is determined by the time of formation, in some areas, the location of father's household registration is the placement location, and in many areas, cadres choose themselves.

E. After the cadres joined the army, their parents' household registration changed. For those who have moved in for less than 4 years, the resettlement place should be before moving in (this is different in different areas, some areas require 4 years, some require 5 years, and some require 2 years), and the resettlement place should be before moving in (some areas have different requirements on this point, Chengdu did not recognize one parent's household registration in 2004, and Beijing did not recognize it in 2000-03). If the parents' accounts are separated before moving in and merged after moving in, the parents' accounts after moving in shall be the resettlement place.

D. national policy shift. The relocation of parents' household registration due to national policies, such as the relocation of Sangang, the relocation of third-line factories to the mainland, the relocation of military factories, and the relocation of branch factories to their hometowns, are all treated according to national preferential policies, and there is generally no more requirement for this. Generally, they will be placed wherever they move.

3. The key to the spouse's hukou is "before" and "before" marriage.

A. At the time of marriage registration, the spouse's household registration is a student collective household registration. If you need to refer to the spouse's household registration at the time of placement, the location of the spouse's household registration before enrollment is the place of placement (mostly referring to the household registration before the college entrance examination). At present, most areas do not recognize student collective accounts. If the spouse's household registration becomes a local permanent residence after marriage, he must have been married for a certain number of years (2 years) or settled for 2 years (Chengdu-Chongqing and Xi 'an have this local policy).

C. getting married and getting divorced. Look at the length of marriage. Because there are many loopholes in the old drill in Beijing, this phenomenon is very strict now. In big cities such as Beijing, those who want to get divorced after five years of marriage can stay in Beijing, and those who have been divorced for less than two years cannot enter Beijing (local policy). Because this loophole has been exploited by many people, all localities are stuck now, and there are many new policies, which are still subject to the local policies of that year.

4. Collective hukou

General principle: Do not recognize the student collective account, do not recognize the talent market collective account, and conditionally recognize the military collective account.

Everyone should understand that there are many kinds of collective accounts. At present, all places admit that:

Collective accounts of school workers, collective accounts of units and enterprises, collective accounts set up by personnel bureau to solve the problem that some private enterprises do not have collective accounts, collective accounts set up by reeducation-through-labor personnel, collective accounts set up by immigrants, and collective accounts set up by demolition.

If there is only a collective account, there is no ID card "collective account", and some places do not recognize it.

According to the regulations, those registered in the collective account of the army will be recognized according to the policy, and those that are not recognized will not be recognized. Because there are too many cases of military tampering and file change, many local police are needed to assist in the investigation, and the certification materials issued by the military are not recognized.

Special circumstances:

1, buying a house. Most areas do not recognize this kind of purchase and need to find their own way. But it can be said responsibly: Chengdu in 2005, Beijing in 2004, and Inner Mongolia in 2004-06, the old turn of buying a house was successful. I also found in my work that if the troops or organizations come forward to coordinate, buying a house can also be successful.

2. Inner Mongolia, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Zhuhai ... The so-called "blue-printed" hukou in some areas. Need to change jobs seriously. Before 2005, this account was generally considered as a temporary account in the southern region, and many people did not recognize it, especially the blue-printed account in some areas. Therefore, for this problem, if there is an old transfer of this account, we must closely contact the local military transfer department and ask about relevant policies. This question is quite acute. This problem occurred in the old turn in 2005 and has attracted the attention of the military.
