6. If the car is returned due to quality problems, the identity certificate of the owner of the motor vehicle and the certificate of returning the car issued by the motor vehicle manufacturer or dealer shall also be submitted.

The difference between vehicle cancellation and scrapping

"Vehicle cancellation" refers to the information registered in a car, which is equivalent to canceling the account information of this car.
