It is understood that on August 23rd, 20 10, Ma Yue, a college student, was electrocuted when he fell on the track at Beijing Gulou Street subway station. The appraisal issued by Chinese Forensic Medicine Society is: Ma Yue has no alcohol in his blood, no abnormality in poison analysis, and no impact injury on his body surface, which is consistent with the death of acute respiratory and cardiac arrest caused by electric shock. On this basis, the police ruled out homicide and criminal cases, and the safety supervision department confirmed that Ma Yue's death was not a production safety accident.

In the "video of resignation", Wang Xuemei thinks that the appraisal conclusion is "absurd and irresponsible" and "as the current vice president of Chinese Forensic Medicine Society, he has zero tolerance for it".

Wang Xuemei said that according to the photo of the body on the day of the incident provided by her mother Meng, she agreed with the conclusion of "electrocution". However, the characteristics of a 3 cm wound in the lower jaw of the deceased showed that the deceased had been subjected to a non-fatal electric shock before his death, causing his center of gravity to fall into orbit and die of shock again. So the victim's wound should have been damaged first.

Meng said that after the incident, the appraisal issued by the Chinese Forensic Medicine Society said that the son's wound was a "contusion" after falling into the track. But the conclusion does not explain why the son fell into the track. One year after her son died, she found Wang Xuemei. Wang Xuemei immediately questioned the appraisal opinions issued by the Chinese Forensic Medicine Society after seeing the photos of on-site investigation and relevant appraisal conclusions, and repeatedly called on relevant departments to restart the investigation of Ma Yue case and explain relevant doubts.

Meng said that if the conclusion is established, his son's death belongs to the subway production safety accident, and the subway should be responsible for his son's death. On August 9th, 20 13, she went to Wang Xuemei again and asked her to give her expert advice, and Wang Xinran agreed. But unexpectedly, Wang Xuemei issued a resignation statement.

Wang Xuemei's assistant said on the phone that "the whole story has been made clear in the video, and Wang Xuemei is not going to respond in the near future" about Wang Xuemei's resignation and withdrawal from the Chinese Forensic Medicine Society and the forensic field in China.

The Supreme People's Procuratorate did not authorize Wang Xuemei to express his opinions that he had not appraised for many years.

On August 20th, 20 13, in response to Wang Xuemei's statement circulating on the Internet, the Supreme People's Procuratorate Technical Information Research Center said that Wang Xuemei had ceased to be the deputy director of the center since June 20th13, and had not been engaged in actual forensic expertise for many years.
