3. Work visa. A work visa is a visa for working and staying in Thailand after obtaining a work permit. Generally, apply for a one-year work visa first, and then continue to renew it after one year.

Applying for a business visa in Thailand (Category B) can be divided into two situations.

3) Two passport-size photos of 35×45mm (passport photo size) within 3 months or 6 months;

4) The original dispatch letter (in English or Thai) issued by China Company (indicating the applicant's name, passport number, position, income, stay time, detailed contact information, as well as the purpose and stay period of going to Thailand, and ensuring the guarantor to return to China on time, sign and affix the official seal, and attach the guarantor's business card and the leader's autograph (peers cannot sign each other, and the legal person can sign by personnel);

5) A copy of the business license issued by China Company with official seal;

Thailand information:

1) Original invitation letter issued by the relevant department or inviting unit in Thailand (the applicant's name and stay time in Thailand must be indicated; The invitation letter is signed by a Thai whose name must be on the list of the company's board of directors; If the invitation letter is signed by a foreigner, attach a copy of his work permit);

2) If the inviting unit is a foreign enterprise or organization, a Thai hotel order should be issued;

3) If the invitation letter is signed by a Thai, its name must be displayed in the list of members of the board of directors of the inviting company; If the invitation letter is signed by a foreigner, a copy of the inviter's work permit shall be provided;

4) A set of registration documents of the company in the current year (business license, list of board of directors, introduction of business scope and tax bill);

5) List of shareholders, business license, company profile, introduction of business scope, balance sheet and tax bill.

Other important matters:

1) If the applicant is a teacher in a private school in Thailand, it is not necessary to apply for a work permit, but only need to provide a work contract, resume, diploma and personal invitation letter from the local education bureau;

2) After the expiration of the business visa, you can apply to the Immigration Bureau of Thailand for an extension, but only for 7 days;

3) Do not accept passports with Thai visa refusal records within 6 months;

4) If necessary, the consul needs to supplement relevant materials.
