The main contents of the visa-free policy announced by the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Bureau are that the passports held by qualified China citizens are valid for at least 6 months; Must hold a continuation ticket or boat ticket that leaves the country within 96 hours; Meet the economic proof conditions for staying in Singapore; Must hold a visa issued by any of the United States, Canada, Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Germany and Switzerland, or a valid Schengen visa that can enter Germany or Switzerland, and the above visa should be valid for more than one month when entering Singapore; If you travel with a single valid visa from the above-mentioned countries and the visa is used, you can also apply the visa-free transit policy when you return, but you must go directly to New Zealand from the visa issuing country and the connecting destination must be China.

The announcement said that this policy is also applicable to China citizens transiting from China Mainland to China, Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions via Singapore. Transit passengers can apply for visa-free entry permit directly at the immigration border counter at Singapore port with relevant materials, without any charge. The 96-hour stay period starts from : on the second day of entry.

The Embassy reminds that eligible China citizens should carefully read the website of the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Bureau before transit, and abide by the relevant regulations on transit to avoid the transit being blocked.
