Do Australian engineers take exams or review?
Reviewed.
Engineers have always had an advantage in applying for skilled immigrants to Australia because most of their categories are in the Skilled Occupations List (SOL). In addition, the engineer skills assessment does not require any work experience. Assessment requirements:
1. Educational qualifications. Before 2016, EA certification was mainly for relevant undergraduate degrees. In other words, master's degrees and above can only be used as a reference factor for work ability. However, after January 27, 2016, EA officially recognized 116 Australian master's degrees and 17 Australian Diploma degrees.
2. CDR report. The main assessment of CDR is to write three paragraphs of summary statements of professional experience and various abilities in English.
3. In English, IELTS must be no less than 6 in each component, TOEFL Listening 12, Reading 13, Writing 21, Speaking 18, and PTE must be no less than 50 in each component.
