Then, why did the police flatly refuse the gangster's request, thus driving him to a dead end and ruining the lives of so many Hong Kong compatriots?

3. In the Philippine special police operation, the tactics were obviously clumsy and low-level. The man with a sledgehammer in his hand looks like a domestic demolition migrant worker. Not to mention amateurs, he is simply urging gangsters to kill people quickly, so as not to be late and kill too few people!

4. Like the puppet troops in domestic movies, the Philippine special police were afraid of death for several hours during the operation, huddled under the hostage car, huddled and did nothing. Isn't this the police who are not afraid to laugh at the world?

After the incident, the police did not close the scene and collect evidence, but let the police officers talk and laugh, taking photos and videos with the scene of the hostage death as the background. In a word, this hostage incident shows that the national quality and administrative ability of the Philippines are indeed far from the accepted standards in the world today.
