What does Xu Diao mean?

Xu Diao means to talk long and ramble. Xu Diao is a dialect in Zhoukou and Shangqiu, Henan Province.

Henan dialect belongs to the northern dialect and is the largest dialect in China. Henan dialect is actually the ancient mandarin, that is, the ancient mandarin.
