Yangshuo Welfare Ancient Town?

Fuli Ancient Town has a history of more than 1,000 years, with beautiful scenery and unique culture. The town is surrounded by mountains on three sides and faces water on one side. It is known as "an ancient town surrounded by three mountains and a green state by one water". The three mountains refer to Feifeng Mountain, Parrot Mountain and Mashan. The culture here is complex, and the original tribal culture-the ancient Nuo culture is still preserved. Yangshuo Fuli Ancient Wharf

Fuli Ancient Wharf has three pavilions, three streets, three palaces, three temples and three stones. Three pavilions: Daguang Pavilion, Kuixing Pavilion and Jielongqiao Pavilion. Daguang Pavilion was built in the 17th year of the Republic of China. It is a two-story pavilion with a masonry structure. The high-arched entrance of Kuixing Tower is the city gate connecting the river bank to the old street. The ancient city is still well preserved today. The large square stones are very solid and the stream flows through the town. It flows out of this cave and flows into the Li River. There are city gates, high walls and streams at the ancient port. The viewing pavilion, together with the green mountains, flowing water, sailboats, and sandbanks here, form an ink painting that combines movement and stillness, and blends ancient and modern times. Three palaces: namely Tianhou Palace, Xing Palace and Shuiyuan Palace. This is the temple of Cantonese immigrants. Three temples: Qinglong Temple, Baihu Temple, and Chongfo Temple. It can be seen that there are many beliefs and rich cultures here, but everyone has lived in peace and harmony for more than 1,000 years. This is also a model of cultural integration. Third Street: namely Old Street (the street leading to the ancient city gate), Xinglong Street, and Lingbei Street. Most of the old streets are inhabited by locals; Xinglong Street is mostly inhabited by immigrants from Guangdong, Fujian, and Hunan; Lingbei Street is inhabited by a mixed population and is slightly more recent. Sanshi: That is Sangu stone. Three huge boulders weighing about one or two tons are squatting on the pier. I don’t know where or when they came from. If they rolled down the mountain, the three stones are intact and there is no trace of scars. It is said that they are connected to the pier stones. It evolved from seawater karst, but it is separated from the wharf rock formation, and its color and structure are completely different. Xu Xiake was filled with admiration when he came here. Many karst experts at home and abroad inspected these three stones one after another. They all came here with joy and then returned with sadness. The origin of the three stones is still a mysterious mystery.

Welfare Painting Fan

Go ashore from the pier and face an old street in Yangshuo Welfare, which is more than 100 meters long. It is also called Painting Fan Street. There are many skilled craftsmen here who are good at drawing and making. fan. The fans here are all handmade and the materials are all locally produced. The fan bones are made of moso bamboo from the riverside; the fan surface is made of local tissue paper, which is very tough and will not be damaged over the years; the pictures are also painted by local people and are colorful. The content of the painting is mainly Guilin landscape, Yangshuo scenery, flowers, birds, grass and insects. There are also Yangshuo chants or admonitions and aphorisms by poets of the past dynasties, and they are stamped with seal seals such as "Guilin Landscape" and "Yangshuo Memorial", making the painting fan a collection of poetry, calligraphy and painting. Engraved into one, it becomes a poetic and artistic craft. Many foreign businessmen come to this street to wholesale painting fans and sell them all over the country.
