Christopher walken, formerly known as Ronald Walken, was born in a Methodist family in the United States. Father Paul Walken is a German immigrant and mother Rosalie is a Scottish immigrant, both of whom are bakers. In astoria, near Queens, new york, they own a bakery-Walken Bakery. When he was young, Walken went to help the bakery at home after school. He likes working with Liu Ye Motyka, an immigrant girl who is very interested in the food business. As an adult, Liu Ye Motyka became a restaurant manager and a TV cooking host. Their friendship continues to this day.
