Du Yubo pointed out that what needs to be made clear is that taking the college entrance examination for the children of migrant workers in the place of study is not equivalent to the "college entrance examination in another place." It was learned at the meeting that since 2003, 16,000 students across the country have been admitted to the university of their choice through independent enrollment with slightly lower college entrance examination scores.
