When Comrade Peng visited Gaoshibei Town, he inquired about the data of Zhanghuyuan Farm in detail, and thought that the soil here was fertile and suitable for agricultural production and resettlement. He called for retaining the existing green belt, organically combining the resettlement sites with the existing green belt in the planning, and striving to build a new socialist countryside with beautiful environment and convenient transportation.
