1. All applicants from countries with high incidence of tuberculosis or who have stayed in all countries with high incidence of tuberculosis for a cumulative period of three months or more and plan to stay in New Zealand for more than six months in the five years before submitting their applications must provide a complete chest X-ray form for short-term entry visas (NZIS 1096). For detailed information and a list of countries with low incidence of tuberculosis, please refer to the Manual of Health Requirements (NZIS 1 12 1).

2. Applicants who plan to stay in New Zealand for more than 24 months must provide a complete physical examination and chest X-ray form (NZIS 1007). All medical examination forms must be filled in and signed by hospitals designated by Immigration New Zealand, and the completion date of medical examination should be within 3 months from the date of application submission.

If the applicant has completed the short-term entry visa chest X-ray form (NZIS 1096) or the physical examination and chest X-ray form (NZIS 1007) in the past, and this form has not exceeded 24 months when submitting the application; Unless required by the visa officer or immigration officer, you may not need to provide a new short-term entry visa chest X-ray form (NZIS 1096) or a physical examination and chest X-ray form (NZIS 1007).

And pregnant women and children under 1 1 do not need to have chest x-rays. The applicant is 17 or above, and intends to stay in New Zealand for more than 24 months. A notarial certificate without criminal punishment is required. The date of issuance should be less than 6 months from the date of submission of the application. At the same time, the applicant must also provide a copy of the certificate letter issued by the local police station or criminal investigation brigade, and the date of issuance should be within 6 months from the date of submitting the application. Please note that we do not accept the certificate of no criminal punishment issued by the applicant's unit, unit security office, street or talent center.

Other requirements:

1. To apply for a spouse visit visa, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are 16 or 17 years old, you must have a consent form signed by both parents to support this application; Have seen your New Zealand spouse before submitting your application; You and your New Zealand spouse cannot be close relatives.

2. New Zealand spouses (New Zealand citizens or permanent residents) must be eligible for the protection of the spouse policy. New Zealand spouses (New Zealand citizens or permanent residents) will not be eligible for sponsorship if they have any of the following circumstances: under the spouse policy, more than one applicant who has supported or sponsored will obtain a spouse visa as the main applicant; Or, within 5 years before submitting this application, he has supported or guaranteed others to obtain a spouse visa as the main applicant under the spouse policy; Or as a producer of domestic violence, as a result, the original spouse (victim) successfully obtained the permanent resident status of New Zealand; Or has obtained a spouse visa as the main applicant and obtained a residence permit under the spouse policy for less than 5 years; Or according to the spouse policy, support or guarantee others to obtain a spouse visa as the main applicant.
