Do many Singaporeans immigrate to Hong Kong?

Singapore rarely immigrates to Hong Kong. They want to emigrate, mostly to Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the United States. But many Singaporeans just travel to Hong Kong. They don't like living in Hong Kong. They think that Singapore is better than Hong Kong in politics, economy, welfare, housing and life, and there is no need to abandon its own country. Singapore has more visa-free countries than Hong Kong, so it doesn't cost much to immigrate to Hong Kong.
