7. After checking that the procedures for leaving school are complete, the Chief of the Security Section of the Political and Educational Affairs Office takes back his application and badge, and after checking that the students who have left school have not brought school property and articles, he signs the circulation slip, opens the key card and releases it, and submits the circulation slip, application and badge to the Director of the Political and Educational Affairs Office for the record.
