How to change the domestic bank card of foreign nationality?

After changing nationality, the previous bank card can still be used, as long as there is a valid certificate, or you can bring the original ID card and passport to the corresponding bank to modify your personal information; If the personal customer deposit account information of China Bank changes, the account owner can change the customer/account information at the national outlets of the bank, and the change of customer/account information needs to be approved by the approver. Users changing personal checking account information must be handled by the account owner in person at the original account opening branch, and no one else may handle it on their behalf. 1. After an individual immigrant changes his nationality, the money on the bank card can be withdrawn as long as the procedures are complete, but the following problems may occur: 1. The cardholder still retains China nationality and can withdraw money freely with a valid second-generation Chinese ID card. You can withdraw money at the counter of the card-opening bank, and the amount is not limited, but you need to make an appointment in advance if it exceeds 50 thousand; You can also withdraw money from ATMs in various banks. 2. The cardholder's domestic household registration has been cancelled and his ID card has been cancelled. There are two situations. If you have a card and the card status is normal, and you know the password, you can withdraw money at the counter or ATM normally, but the withdrawal at the counter cannot exceed 50,000 each time. The ATM withdrawal limit is the same as above. If the cardholder loses the card, or forgets the password, or the card is locked, it will be in trouble. Users need to provide the cardholder's current passport and entry-exit certificates at the public security bureau, and can only withdraw money after reporting the loss at the counter of the issuing bank. This procedure needs to be handled by the cardholder himself, and no one else can handle it on his behalf.

II. Company changes must be made in accordance with legal procedures formulated by the state. The company must first submit a change report, including the purpose and specific content of the change, which is passed by the shareholders' meeting and put on record, and then go to the administrative department for industry and commerce to register the change, otherwise it will be considered illegal.

However, if a company changes its domicile across the jurisdiction of the company registration authority, it shall apply to the company registration authority where it moves in before moving into the new domicile; If it is accepted by the company registration authority in the place where it moves in, the original company registration authority will transfer the company registration file to the company registration authority in the place where it moves in. Without the change registration, the company shall not change the registered items without authorization.

3. The types of matters to be changed by the company include: company name, domicile, legal representative, registered capital, business scope, company organization form, shareholder information, company merger and division, etc.

4. Article 68 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Company Registration stipulates that if the company's registered items change and the relevant change registration is not handled in accordance with the provisions of this Law, the company registration authority shall order it to register within a time limit; Those who fail to register within the time limit shall be fined not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 100,000 yuan. Among them, the change of business scope involves projects that must be approved by laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions, and the business license is revoked if the relevant business activities are not approved.
