What documents do vehicles need to enter the port (delivery vehicles enter the dock)

Vehicles entering Hong Kong must have valid certificates such as "Port Pass" or "Container Card Entry Permit".

Provisions for vehicles entering and leaving the port area:

(1) Vehicles entering the dock must hold valid certificates such as "Port Pass" or "Container Card Entry Permit" issued by the port public security department or the port management department. Vehicles without documents are not allowed to enter the port area.

(2) Vehicles entering the CFS freight yard to pick up the goods must enter and leave the designated gate passage in an orderly manner with valid documents such as goods entry (pick-up) documents.
