Application process:

1. The employer where the applicant is located should report to the Municipal Excellent Housing The rental and leasing management online service platform submits the organization code, tax registration certificate, full name of the unit and other materials for registration and obtains a unit account.

2. The applicant applies to the employer and fills out the "Lease Application Form" online, and the employer makes an online application through the enterprise account of the Municipal Excellent Rental Housing Leasing Management Online Service Platform.

3. The Municipal Housing Management Office is responsible for accepting and reviewing applicants’ academic qualifications, real estate, provident fund deposits and other qualifications, and notifying the employer and applicant of the review results.

4. Those that meet the conditions for preferential rental housing will be announced to the public. The publicity period is seven days. If there are no objections during the publicity period, or if there are objections but the objections are not established after review, they will be deemed to have passed the review.
