What are the steps for a Hungarian visa?

1. Appointment: Students need to decide whether to make an appointment by telephone or online according to the situation in the consular district. Beijing is an online reservation, and Chongqing and Shanghai need telephone reservations.

2. Submission of materials: Students must prepare materials according to the requirements of the embassy, and all materials must provide originals and copies. In terms of photos, students should provide another photo in addition to posting one on the visa application form. After reviewing the materials, the embassy staff will inform the students whether the materials are complete. If not, they need to prepare relevant materials according to official requirements again.

3. Payment: In general, the total visa fee is ***4 10 yuan/person (this figure may fluctuate slightly according to exchange rate changes). 170/ copy if embassy certification certificate is involved. After the student pays the visa fee, the embassy will give the student a red receipt as a visa receipt. If students need a visa by post, they should leave a mailing address for the embassy.

4. Fingerprints: Hungarians are usually responsible for fingerprints. The fingerprint sequence is four fingers in the left hand, four fingers in the right hand and two thumbs in the middle. When recording fingerprints, be sure to put your finger in the middle position and press hard. After entering the fingerprint, sign your Chinese name on the electronic screen with an electronic pen.

5. Consular interview: After the fingerprints are recorded, the visa officer will take the students into the studio for an interview. Students should not be nervous during the interview, and be polite to the visa officer regardless of their language ability and preparation.

6. Signature: After signing, the embassy will contact me by phone to inform the students that they have signed. For students who need to mail visas, the embassy will send them by SF Express to pay the freight according to the mailing address left at the time of signing. For students who bring their own visas, they can collect them at the embassy by themselves or on their behalf with the receipt.

Generally speaking, the application for a Hungarian visa can be completed within 10- 15 working days. Hungarian visa materials need to be processed by the Hungarian Immigration Bureau, which is usually called visa return, while the embassy is only responsible for delivering materials and issuing notices, not for specific audit matters. The specific signing date cannot be determined at the time of signing the contract, and students need to wait for the notice.
