Brief Introduction of Jet Li One Foundation Project

In 2007, Mr Jet Li founded the One Foundation. Shenzhen One Foundation Public Welfare Foundation was incorporated in Shenzhen on February 3, 20 10. It is the first private public offering foundation in China, with the vision of "doing my best for everyone", and is committed to building a professional and transparent One Foundation public welfare platform. The strategic model of One Foundation is "one platform+three fields", that is, focusing on three public welfare fields: disaster relief, parenting and public welfare personnel training.

In 2007, Mr. Jet Li cooperated with the China Red Cross to set up the "China Red Cross Jet Li One Foundation Project" to carry out public welfare undertakings in Chinese mainland in the form of independent charity plans and projects.

From June 5, 2008 to October, 2008, in order to ensure the more efficient implementation of public welfare projects, with the guidance and support of the China Red Cross Society, Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau and other competent departments, Shanghai Jet Li One Foundation was incorporated as a private equity fund.

With the strong support of Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau, Shenzhen One Foundation Public Welfare Foundation was formally registered and has the legal qualification to engage in public offering activities independently. The registered original fund of Shenzhen One Foundation Public Welfare Foundation is 50 million yuan.
