Why can the civilian armed forces in eastern Ukraine have strong force and can confront the government forces?

The Ukrainian issue once again caused a strong conflict between Russia and NATO troops led by the United States, and Europe and the United States once again imposed more severe economic sanctions on Russia. Strangely enough, militants in eastern Ukraine, known as NGOs, can even be compared with government forces. In fact, it is not difficult to understand that the government forces represent NATO and the civilian armed forces represent Russia. Both sides have the convenience and weapons provided by these two major interest groups, and it is normal to share equally.

These civilian armed forces are Russia's regular army. Of course, these so-called civilian armed forces were recruited by the Moscow authorities, but except for a small number of Russian special forces, most of them were volunteers recruited from abroad. Russia provides training and weapons at the back, and the recruits are also brave Cossacks.

People of this race are naturally bellicose and have made great contributions to the territorial expansion of the Russian Empire. For hundreds of years, Cossack cavalry have run wild in Europe, making the enemy frightened and even afraid to fight. Now fighting for Russian territory again can be regarded as having a strong sense of national mission, which makes them fight more bravely. On the other hand, those government forces, because the government close to NATO is unpopular, have been helped by western countries politically, but they are still in a state of economic decline, and the people are still dissatisfied with the government.

If the current Ukrainian government does not fundamentally change itself, develop the economy rapidly, effectively curb corruption, effectively improve the lives of ordinary people, and then win the support of ordinary people, then the flavor of civilian armed forces will become more and more strong, and Kiev may be captured at any time.
