Brief introduction of Zhuxi Reservoir

Zhuxi Reservoir is located in Zhuxi Port, a tributary of Yong 'anxi River upstream of Lingjiang River in Xianju County, Taizhou City. It is recommended by the Comprehensive Planning of Lingjiang River Basin and the Overall Planning of Water Resources Protection, Development and Utilization in Zhejiang Province approved by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, and has been included in the tens of billions of water resources protection projects in Zhejiang Province. Zhuxi Reservoir is a water conservancy project with water supply as the main part and comprehensive utilization of flood control, irrigation and power generation. The dam site is located 600 meters downstream of the confluence of Liantouxi and Shangxi (Hekou Village) and 4.5 kilometers away from Zhuxi Town. At present, the project proposal has been reviewed by the Ministry of Water Resources and will be submitted to the National Development and Reform Commission for approval. Because Zhuxi Reservoir is a large reservoir, it needs to be reported to the state for approval, and the early approval period is long.
