1. Persons who meet the following conditions can apply for registration:

2. The following persons shall not be registered:

(1) college students with higher education qualifications, or students who have been admitted to colleges and universities and retain their admission qualifications;

(3) fresh graduates who registered by deception in the non-graduation year of senior secondary education and illegally participated in the entrance examination of ordinary colleges and universities (including the national unified examination, the provincial unified examination and the entrance examination organized by colleges and universities separately, hereinafter referred to as the entrance examination of colleges and universities);

(4) Persons who have been suspended from taking the college entrance examination due to violation of the national education examination regulations and are in the suspension period;

(five) because of the violation of the criminal law, the relevant departments have taken compulsory measures or are serving sentences.

3. Registration method.

Candidates who apply for ordinary colleges and universities should, in principle, register at the time, place and manner specified by the Admissions Committee of ordinary colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as the provincial recruitment committee) where their household registration is located.

The provincial recruitment committee can make specific supplementary provisions on the registration conditions, time and related requirements in accordance with the principle of combining candidates' household registration with a certain number of years of study in senior secondary education schools in the region, combined with the actual situation in the region.

The children of migrant workers and other non-registered employees who receive compulsory education will take the college entrance examination in the local area according to the methods announced by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). Neither the "inflow place" nor the "outflow place" allows candidates to sign up for the college entrance examination. Candidates who do not meet the requirements in the inflow place and outflow place shall be settled by coordination between the inflow place and outflow place, and in principle, they shall return to the outflow place to apply for the exam.

4. Candidates volunteer to fill in the report.

The way, time and method of candidates' voluntary reporting shall be specified by the provincial recruitment committees according to the actual enrollment work in their respective regions.

Candidates should carefully read the college enrollment brochures and the enrollment regulations published by the local provincial recruitment committee, refer to the enrollment plan published by colleges and universities, choose to fill in the school and professional volunteers in accordance with relevant regulations and requirements, and be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the volunteers. 5. Admission examination institutions at all levels and senior secondary education schools should strengthen honesty education and warning education for candidates.
